About us

This website (raveloq.co) is run by COREHATCH LLC, trading as RAVELOQ, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can contact us at support@corehatch.app.

These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary a little from the figures we give. If a product is not as described, you have the rights set out in our Refund Policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we send you that confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been shown incorrectly. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery within the UK is free. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns, cancellations and faulty items

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. This includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty, you have the rights described in the Refund Policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Using the products

Please read the product description and any instructions before use. For the shower head, check that your shower connection is a standard G1/2 fitting before ordering. If you are unsure about fitting, use a qualified plumber.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not responsible for business losses.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website content

The text, images and design on this website belong to RAVELOQ or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with RAVELOQ, and Shopify is not a party to your contract with us.

If you have a problem, please email support@corehatch.app and we will try to resolve it quickly.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
