Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses.

Delivery times

Your order usually arrives within 7–11 working days of the day you place it. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to you by email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within 11 working days, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@corehatch.app with your order number (and a photo, if something is damaged). We will sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
