What should I include about an existing order?
Your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Will the seat cushion fit my chair?
Send us the width and depth of the flat part of your seat and we will compare it with the 40 × 34 × 8 cm size.
Will the shower head fit my shower?
It has a standard G1/2 (½-inch) connection. If you are unsure, send us a photo of where your current shower head connects and we will check it for you.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Send us your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Email us first with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. You have 30 days from delivery, for any reason.
