Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses. There is no minimum spend.
How long does it take?
Your order usually arrives within 7–11 working days of the day you place it. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window for orders placed today.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it on our tracking page.
Not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 11 working days, email support@corehatch.app with your order number and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund.
