What does RAVELOQ sell?
Two products: the Hip-Support Memory Foam Seat Cushion (40 × 34 × 8 cm, Black or Grey) and the Top-Spray Ceiling Shower Head with a built-in filter cartridge (Chrome or Black).
Will the seat cushion fit my chair?
Measure the flat part of your seat and compare it with 40 × 34 cm. If you are unsure, send us your measurements through the contact page.
Will the shower head fit my shower?
It has a standard G1/2 (½-inch) connection, the size used by most UK shower arms and hoses. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your current connection and we will check.
Is the seat cushion a medical device?
No. It is a memory foam seat cushion, not a medical device, and it is not intended to treat any condition.
Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–11 working days from the day you order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. See our shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. See Track your order.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Checkout is run by Shopify and is encrypted.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email us first and we will send the return address. See our refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, including any return postage.
